Our Cancellation Policy
We understand busy schedules and different circumstances cannot be avoided, so we are happy to cancel your appointment with a minimum of 48 hours notice. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment before 48 hours either by our landline or email. Please give us ample opportunity to contact another guest from the waiting list to try and fill the empty time slot. This is our livelihood so please be respectful.
If appointments are not cancelled within the 48-hour timeframe, there will be a 50% fee for your missed appointment time added to your next visit.
All no-shows or appointments missed with no warning for us will be charged 100% of the booked service(s) amount. This amount will have to be paid before re-booking.
Typically, arriving 15 minutes past your appointment is too late. Keep in mind that if you are running late, it causes the salon to run behind schedule for the rest of the day. Please give the salon a courtesy call, we will work with you as best as we can, or rescheduling may be an option.
We have ample free parking with no time limits. We run an ethically responsible and environmentally sustainable salon, where absolutely everyone is welcome in our space.
